The strings at the end of my guitar were just in the way and unnecessary. So I brought out the bog boy tool (scissors) and went to work. I just cut off the hanging string, that's all.
Today I practiced my guitar. I was basically jamin' out! One of the songs we will be playing is "joy to the world." I don't think I will be able to be the lead in this song, but I can back the song up.
We met at Kylee's house to work on our songs. Pink panther is definitely going to be hard because it demands such a wide range of sounds. I think we will be okay though.
Well theo good news is I talked to my partners and we are practicing tomorrow. The bad news is my computer has been down for the past few weeks. Im on my sisters lab top right now and thats how im posting this blog. luckily I blogged my work in "hand-written" fashion and when my computer gets better I will post them all.
I couldn't get a hold of my two partners this weekend so I practiced on my own. I don't know what song we are playing yet so i'm just getting a "feel" for my guitar. I learned that I have to re-tune my strings every so often to maximize the quality of the sound.
I am in my 2nd year here at SJSU. I am a student-athlete, STUDENT coming first! However I do love playing baseball and I aspire to play professionally. I am fairly outgoing and I am open to trying new things
